While this Reservation secures your approximate delivery priority, it does not constitute the purchase or order of a unit. When the start of production for your Reservation nears, haus.me will create an order for your home and you will receive a Purchase Agreement indicating the purchase price of the home, plus estimates of any applicable taxes, duties, permits, delivery, and installation charges, and any other applicable fees. If you proceed with the order, we will apply your Reservation Payment towards the order payment. Until you enter into a Purchase Agreement, your Reservation may be canceled at any time before expiration.

When is my delivery date confirmed?
Please note, our production queue is filling up quickly and your delivery date can only be locked in once a signed purchase agreement and 70% down have been paid.
Placing your $2500 deposit only confirms your reservation for a unit to be produced for you.
Is it legal to install a microhaus on my property?
In general, the quick answer is Yes. Each jurisdiction has different requirements but our units are specifically designed in compliance with most of building codes and requirements for structures in most areas.
We recommend contacting your local planning specialists to either provide information of no permit required or determine your recommended path forward for permitting.
