Before a microhaus leaves the factory, it goes through a final quality control stage. Not visual. Not symbolic. System-level. Every unit is inspected as a fully integrated product — structure, insulation integrity, engineering systems, and interior finish. This includes verification of:
• HVAC performance and airflow stability
• Electrical systems and smart integrations
• Freezing protection systems (when applicable)
• Structural elements and exterior shell condition
• Interior assembly accuracy and finish quality
Unlike traditional construction, where quality is dependent on site conditions, weather, and subcontractors, microhaus is produced in a controlled environment. That allows us to test performance before delivery — not after installation.
